All trading involves simulated accounts. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Important Information & Disclaimer
Simulated Trading Environment
All accounts provided by FundedSquad are demo accounts operating exclusively within a simulated trading environment. No actual trades are executed on live financial markets, and no live market execution takes place. Access to trading platforms, including MetaTrader 5 (MT5), is provided solely for use within this simulated environment. The services we offer are designed for educational and evaluation purposes only.

Performance Rewards
Performance rewards are determined solely by a participant’s results within the simulated evaluation and in accordance with the applicable program rules. They are not profits from live market trading and do not constitute investment returns.

No Investment Services
The simulated trading services are provided by FundedSquad, operated by Devionics Technology FZCO, together with its affiliated entities (collectively, the “Company”). All content published and distributed by the Company is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument, or a recommendation or endorsement of any financial product, company, fund, or investment strategy. The Company does not act as a broker, custodian, financial intermediary, investment adviser, or deposit-taking institution. Participants should seek independent financial, legal or tax advice before trading outside our programs. Testimonials are not representative of all users and do not guarantee future performance. Participation in any program is voluntary, and all fees paid to the Company are strictly service fees only.

Program Fees
Program fees are not deposits, do not represent client funds, are not investments, and do not generate returns, interest, or profit. Fees are applied toward operational and administrative expenses, including platform infrastructure, technology, support services, and risk management systems, and are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Any refund is subject to the conditions set out in our Terms & Conditions. Payment of fees does not create any fiduciary, custodial, brokerage, or investment relationship between participants and the Company. Participants should understand that such fees provide access only to simulated trading evaluations and related services in a demo environment. Nothing on this website or in our programs constitutes an offer to buy or sell futures, options, CFDs, forex, stocks, or any other financial instruments.
General Risk Warning
Trading financial markets involves a high level of risk, particularly under leveraged conditions. Participants should carefully consider their experience, objectives, and risk tolerance before participating.

Restrictions
Services and MT5-related information are not intended for residents of the United States, or any jurisdiction where such services would violate applicable laws or regulations. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their use of the services complies with the laws applicable to them. Services are not available to individuals or entities subject to applicable sanctions, including but not limited to those listed on FATF sanctions lists or the sanctions lists of the United Nations, United States, European Union, or United Kingdom, or in relation to the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea), Iran, Libya, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, or any individual or entity listed on applicable sanctions lists. Services are available only to individuals aged 18 or over.

CFTC Rule 4.41 — Hypothetical or Simulated Performance Results
Hypothetical or simulated performance results have inherent limitations. Unlike actual trading records, simulated results do not represent real trading and may under- or over-compensate for market factors, including liquidity. Simulated trading programs are generally designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown on fundedsquad.com.
